Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, optionally your company and phone number, your preferred way to be reached, and the message you write. We only ask for what we need to respond well.

Information collected automatically. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we record limited technical data with each submission, such as your IP address and browser user-agent. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you.

• To scope, quote, and (if you engage us) deliver the work.

• To protect the site and prevent abuse of the contact form.

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not send marketing emails.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and communicate with you, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, CDN, and bot/spam protection (Turnstile).
• Resend: delivery of the email generated by your contact-form submission.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our working relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Security

Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
